Return of poor quality goods
The buyer, to whom the goods of poor quality have been sold, has the right to choose one of the possible remedies within a reasonable time, but not later than within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods:
1) to request the seller to eliminate the defects of the product free of charge (repair the product);
2) to request the seller to replace the product of the poor quality with the product of the good quality free of charge;
3) to request the seller to reduce the price accordingly;
4) to unilaterally terminate the contract and demand a refund of the price paid.
The buyer has no right to terminate the contract if the defect in the item is insignificant. Also, the goods that have been intentionally or negligently damaged (exposed to chemicals, water, open flames, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for using or storing the goods have been violated, or the goods have been misused, are non-refundable.
The buyer can return the goods of poor quality by logging in to his/her account on the website. If the buyer does not have an account on the website, he/she must create one and enter the order number of the goods. When returning goods, the buyer in his/her account must specify the defects and attach a photo where the defects of the goods are clearly visible. After the seller confirms the buyer's request for return of the goods, a return sticker is generated, which the buyer no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the seller's confirmation of return of the goods, together with the returned goods and a proof of expenditure for returning the goods must deliver by registered mail to the address specified by the seller and send the shipment code of the sent goods to the seller's e-mail.
If the seller acknowledges that the goods sold to the buyer were of poor quality, the seller will refund the price paid by the buyer for the goods no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The seller also reimburses the buyer for the cost of returning the goods of poor quality.

Rules for withdrawal of a distance contract or exchange of goods
The buyer, who has purchased the product online, has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale contract without giving a reason within 14 days.
The buyer also has the right to request the replacement of the purchased goods with similar items of different dimensions, shape, colour, model or completeness within 14 days. If there is a price difference when exchanging items, the buyer must settle with the seller according to the recalculated prices.

Within 14 days, the seller may exchange or return a good quality product only if the buyer has not used the product and has not damaged its commercial appearance. It also means that the buyer must preserve and not damage the packaging of the product, and inspect the purchased product only in the way that could be done directly at the point of sale. All returned goods must have authentic labels, protective bags and original packaging. Used quality goods can be returned only with the goodwill of the seller.
The seller must return all the amounts paid by the buyer or replace the goods at the buyer's request no later than 14 days from the date on which the seller received the goods returned by the buyer.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller refunds the price paid by the buyer for the goods, including the delivery costs paid by the buyer. The seller is not obliged to reimburse the buyer for the additional costs incurred due to the fact that the buyer has clearly chosen an alternative to the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
When the buyer requests to exchange the product to another, the buyer bears all costs of delivery and return of the goods. If the seller cannot satisfy the buyer’s request to exchange the goods, the seller shall refund to the buyer the price paid by the buyer for the goods, including the delivery costs paid by the buyer. The seller is not obliged to reimburse the buyer for the additional costs incurred due to the fact that the buyer has clearly chosen an alternative to the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
